PAYMENT POLICY:
* Reservations for 1 week or more, 50% of total amount will be paid at the time of the booking and the rest 2 days before check-in day.
** All other reservations advanced prepaid required at least 3 days before arrival day
*** Payments on PayPal will be charged with 3%
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Free cancellation 3 days before arrival day.
50% refund for cancellations 2 days before arrival day *
Full charge for cancellations 1 day prior to arrival day.
* Please note that refunds will be by bank transfers
